You will drop your student off at their host home on Friday evening at 6:00pm and pick your student up from the church on Sunday after second hour programming (12:15pm)

The WKND cost $80

You can pay in installments and only need to put down a $50.00 deposit to save a spot for your student. 

Includes: All meals, Friday night party, Saturday afternoon activity.

All expenses are covered with the registration fee except additional food/drinks at the Saturday afternoon activity your student chooses to purchase. 

We are looking for volunteers for host homes, driving, and Saturday breakfast. Please reach out if you are interested.

Absolutely! Please reach out to us and let us know the times that your student will be out so we can let their small group leader know.

We are still making plans. 

All meals are included in the registration fee. If your student has food allergies, please reach out to us and let us know.

Any students that have medication will need to fill out our medication form. Medications will be given out by your child’s small group leaders. Leaders will be provided a binder that has each student’s name, medications they take and the times they are supposed to be administered. Small group leaders will be receiving reminder calls before each medication dispersal time as well.
