At CBC we offer great ministry programs for children birth through 6th grade. Our nursery for children birth through 36 months is located in the Main Building, behind the Worship Center (auditorium). You’ll find a warm, caring and secure environment for your children, with rooms designed for each stage of development and staffed with trained, background-checked workers and volunteers.

Classes for children age 3 years through 6th grade are located in The Connection, across the street from our Main Building (see map). Your child will enjoy crafts, Bible stories, group interaction, and loving teachers.

Children in 1st grade and above are encouraged to attend the one-hour Worship Service at 9:30 am with their family then Children’s Ministry programming at 10:45 am.

Teaching Kids God's Word in an Engaging Way

Engaging kids while teaching God’s Word can be a challenge – especially with all sorts of other things competing for their attention. Here are a few tips for getting and keeping kids’ attention.

A Model for Family Discipleship

Jesus invited the disciples to walk alongside Him and join Him in ministry work as He demonstrated a life of obedience to the Father. Before He ascended to heaven, He commanded them to continue the work without Him being physically present. As we aim to disciple our children, we do well to implement the same method Jesus modeled for us.
