In Central Kids, children from birth through 6th grade learn to belong to God and each other, grow to become more like Christ and go beyond to make a difference in their world.

At CBC we offer great ministry programs for children birth through 6th grade. Our nursery for children birth through 36 months is located in the Main Building, behind the Worship Center (auditorium). You’ll find a warm, caring and secure environment for your children, with rooms designed for each stage of development and staffed with trained, background-checked workers and volunteers.

Classes for children age 3 years through 6th grade are located in The Connection, across the street from our Main Building (see map). Your child will enjoy crafts, Bible stories, group interaction, and loving teachers.

Children in 1st grade and above are encouraged to attend the one-hour Worship Service at 9:30 am with their family then Children’s Ministry programming at 10:45 am.

Birth-36 months old

In the Main Building during both hours. Our youngest children are cared for by nurturing adults.

SideKix

3-4 years old

In The Connection during both hours. Includes fun activities, music, free play and storytelling.

KinderKix

Kindergarten

In The Connection during both hours. Includes high-energy worship, Bible teaching and small groups.

MiniMix

1st-2nd grade

In The Connection after the worship service. Includes high-energy worship, Bible teaching and small groups.

The Mix

3rd-4th grade

In The Connection after the worship service. Includes active play, engaging Bible teaching and small groups.

The Fix

5th-6th graders

In The Connection after the worship service. It's a unique experience for preteens focusing on relevant biblical teaching, connecting kids to friends and nurturing spiritual growth.

Unlimited

Our Special Needs Ministry, Unlimited, is a joint effort between Central Kids and our Central Students to minister to kids of all ages in our congregation who have special needs, as well as to their parents through offerings such as respite nights.
