JUNE 29-23 | FOREST GLEN
Life Change Through Camp
Something amazing happens when you pluck a child out of their regular routine and get them alone with God and His creation for a few days. Not only do kids meet Jesus for the first time, but they dive into the deep end of their relationship with God.
Have questions about this year's kids camp?
Check out each item below for all the answers!
I’m glad you asked! CBC Kids Camp is unique in many ways, but my favorite is that it’s all planned, led and executed by staff and volunteers of Central Bible Church. You aren’t sending your kids to a programmed camp led by someone you’re not familiar with. You can trust that what is taught at Kids Camp is in line with CBC’s core values and beliefs.
We’ll transport them on charter busses, which are always an adventure for our elementary kids!
Great question! A full day of camp is like 7 dog years. We will have 3 square meals, as well as large group time, with engaging worship, hilarious skits and solid Biblical teaching. Kids will have dedicated small group time with their leader to process what they are doing and learning. Throughout the day kids will enjoy all Forest Glen offers including zip line, ropes activity, blob and a pool to name a few things. We promise to bring them home filled up, exhausted and ready to glorify God!
Our first love is the cool and refreshing pool. Can we stay there all day? Kids will get a chance to throw tomahawks, shoot BB Guns, climb the rock wall, head out on canoes, and just generally run around and play outside as kids should. It’s going to be a blast!
This happens and we promise to help in every way we can. Leaders stay in touch with parents and allow kids opportunities to text, call or facetime parents as it seems appropriate. We encourage parents to stay positive when dealing with homesickness as well as in the “camp mail” they send that will be delivered during Kids Camp.
We’ll have a smorgasbord of yummy food that all kids will love. Forest Glen will do their best to accommodate needs if your child has a food allergy or is on a special diet.
Kids will sleep in cabins or lodges with their small group and sponsors.
All Kids Camp sponsors are parents and volunteers from CBC that are deeply invested in teaching your kids spiritual truth in a fun and dynamic way. They are familiar with our Core Values and Beliefs and love the Lord. All volunteers are hand-picked by our leadership team and vetted and screened by our security and logistics manager. You can be confident your kids are safe with us!

Yes, there are a limited number of scholarships available. Please register your child for camp to hold their spot for only $50. Next, email kids@wearecentral.org for the scholarship application. We encourage all our friends that have received a scholarship in the past two years to allow others to take advantage of this financial blessing. Because we believe Camp is life-changing and worth investing in, we encourage you to involve your children and community in bake sales, garage sales or simple lemonade stands to help offset the cost of Camp.
YES! You can register your child now for $50 (non-refundable) and start making small monthly or biweekly payments! Payment in full is due by June 4.
We are unbelievably blessed to have two registered nurses volunteer at Kids Camp every year. They will safely guard your child’s medicine and administer it appropriately. Basic first aid medicines such as Advil, Tylenol or Benadryl will be on hand and administered with authorization (see medical form).
Camp Parent Meeting - June 4

Another amazing update this year - all the forms are built in to registration! No more notary! As you progress through registration, for each of the three forms, you will be asked to click a link to fill out said form. Each time, the form will open in another window; you fill it out and submit, then close that window and go back to the registration window. Easy peasy!
