I grew up in a big Catholic family, and grew up feeling more scared of God than knowing Him. In college, I moved to College Station and stopped going to church completely. I met my husband there and he taught me more of what a relationship with Christ looks like instead of "going through the motions" during mass. I had always believed in Jesus being my Savior since I was a child but started developing my own personal relationship with Him in 2016. We moved to Dallas in 2017 and started going to Watermark and and their young adult miistry, The Porch and that's when my relationship with Jesus really blossomed.
My husband Eric and I have been married since 2017 and have been blessed with 3 beautiful children, Emma, Isaac and Jerry. When Jerry was born, I quit my day job as a Ministry Assistant for a local ministry called Kerygma Ventures. We started going to Central back in 2019 and I began volunteering with Kinderkix. When I had my first child in 2021 I stepped away from volunteering for a while. I was enjoying being a stay-at-home mother, but when Stephanie called me it seemed like perfect timing to step back into ministry with children and making God known to the youngest of our congregation. I'm looking forward to this new journey and am excited to see the Lord at work.
