MEET OUR TEAM

JASMINE FRANCOIS

Central en Español Assistant

I grew up knowing about God in a Catholic church, but instead of reading from the Bible we read from a book that the church created and we didn’t really know the way to God. In October 2024 I attended an All-Church Baptism service at CBC for my husband's baptism. People from our English, Spanish, and African congregations were all being baptized. All I could think that day was how wonderful it was that a church this big could have three separate communities with different languages and they could come together as one and all for the Lord. As my husband got submerged into the water, while on the platform I professed God as my Christ and Savior. My life has changed since then.

I was able to complete an Associate’s degree in psychology at the College of Lake County in Chicago, IL. After moving back to Texas, I struggled to find what I really loved to do so I prayed that God would show me the way he wanted me to go. I am now studying at Regent University to get my Bachelor's Degree in Biblical and Theology Studies.

I started attending CBC in October of 2024 and God has led me to serve in the Spanish congregation. I also attend Community Group, Home Group, Harbor for Moms, and recently I joined CBC as the Ministry Assistant for Central en Español. As I'm working, I’m seeking what the Lord has planned after I receive my degree.

Carlos and I got married in December 2024, but have been together for almost 5 years now. We have three beautiful daughters, Alicia, Anais, and Arya. For now, my free time is very limited but when we can we love to go hiking, spending time together, reading the Bible, praying together and going out and doing family time. We are a family that doesn't eat out much, but when we do the girls like to go to "Chicken N Pickle," and "Chick-fil-A."
