Embracing God's Purpose in History

A six-week journey into the redemptive narrative of Scripture. From the very first page of God’s Word to the last, we see the Lord providing a story of his kingdom and its restoration. Through this story we come to understand God’s mission in the world and how he invites us into it. As we come to embrace and live out God’s Story, we experience the fullness of God’s purpose for us as followers of Jesus.

Journey Of Generosity is a small group gathering to explore living with biblical generosity in your marriage, family, business, ministry, and whole life. Gather with like-minded, missional people for the purpose of maximizing your impact and growing closer to God.

How to Study Your Bible

As believers, we know one of the most important spiritual disciplines is reading the Bible. However, many Christians fail to read their Bibles consistently because they are overwhelmed by uncertainty of where to start, what to look for, and how to apply it to their lives. This class can improve your understanding of Scripture and teach you effective ways to read, interpret and apply truths from the eternal Word of God.
Prerequisite: None
Materials: Provided
Cost: $20
CORPS Credit: If you have completed CORPS AND have a) a year or more of BSF, or b) a year or more of Precepts Bible Study, or c) have been a CBC teacher in Community Groups, you do not need to take this course.

For women experiencing unplanned pregnancies find a place of belonging within the church through support. This support group meets weekly for 12 weeks to provide encouragement from women who have walked in your shoes.

We offer a unique discipleship program for children in different age groups, including active play, engaging Bible teaching and small groups. KinderKix and Mix are open to Kindergarteners through 4th graders who have a parent participating in an adult class or Bible study on campus Wednesday evening.

The Fix is a unique experience for preteens focusing on relevant biblical teaching, connecting kids to friends and nurturing spiritual growth. Fix PM is open to all 5th and 6th graders.

ESL

English as a Second Language (ESL) is a ministry of Central Bible Church that seeks to serve our non-English speaking neighbors by teaching them English while showing them the love of God. Our ESL classes are for all levels of English speakers – from beginner to fluency. Registration is $35 for the academic year and includes: books, dinner, childcare, and Central Kids Club. Kindergartners through sixth graders are invited to come for fun, games and homework help. A brief citizenship class is held right before English class each day.
